For the eighth year in a row, Feld Entertainment, producer of Disney On Ice, will aid the Columbus community’s need for diapers by hosting a Diaper Drive on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Nationwide Arena Box Office.
Families who bring an unopened package of disposable diapers to the Nationwide Arena Box Office during this time will receive a free ticket voucher from Feld Entertainment. Tickets will be good for either the Wednesday, Feb. 18 or Thursday, Feb. 19 performance of Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy presented by Stonyfield YoKids Organic Yogurt performance at Nationwide Arena. There will be a limit of 300 ticket vouchers available – and a limit of two ticket vouchers per donating family.
This marks the eighth year of the ‘Diaper Drive’ and this year’s efforts will add to the tens of thousands of diapers previously collected. Feld Entertainment is pleased to partner with the Columbus Diaper Coalition, which serves to provide diapers to families who are suffering from financial difficulties. Currently, it is estimated that families spend $2,500 on average per child on diapers before they are potty trained.
Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy Presented by Stonyfield YoKids Organic Yogurt visits Columbus from Feb. 18-22 for nine performances at Nationwide Arena. Thrill to high-speed stunts as Lightning McQueen, Mater and the crew of Disney•Pixar’s Cars race across the ice. Dive into The Little Mermaid’s enchanting undersea kingdom and enter the mystical world of Pixie Hollow with Tinker Bell and the Disney Fairies as they reveal the magic that lies within! The toys are back in town with heroic action when Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, and the Toy Story gang escape from the rambunctious tots of Sunnyside Daycare and race for home, in their most daring adventure ever!
Tickets for Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy start at $15-$70. Show times are Wednesday, Feb. 18, 7 pm; Thursday, Feb. 19, 7 pm; Friday, Feb. 20, 7 pm; Saturday, Feb. 21, 11 am, 3 pm and 7 pm; and Sunday, Feb. 22, 11 am, 3 pm and 7 pm.
