Almost exactly 2 years ago I made a New Year’s Resolution to make my Health and Fitness a priority. I was tired, out of shape and overweight. I knew I wanted more for myself and more for my family. So, I decided I would start by running… And trust me, I didn’t get far. BUT, knowing how poorly I felt about myself, I decided I would stick with it! I knew moving my body, even just a little every day would get me on the right track to feeling better about myself as a woman, wife and mother!
And so I did. I dedicated 30 minutes to an hour each day to myself and working out. Every day I put in the work and every day I got STRONGER! And over time, the fat melted into muscle!
I had finally figured out the fitness part, and even reduced my total workout time to just 30 mins a day, but I still hadn’t totally figured out the nutrition part. So, I spent the better part of this year really learning more about clean eating and tweaking different parts of my daily diet and I FINALLY hit the sweet spot! I FINALLY dropped those last few stubborn pounds and finally found happiness within about how I felt about myself!
For the first time in FOREVER, I spent the Summer in a bathing suit and didn’t hide behind cover-ups and towels. I was officially a mom of TWO and officially the most fit and healthiest I had ever been!
So, this year, I’ve decided to make my New Year’s Resolution not just about myself, but also about others! I really WANT to help other women find their sweet spot in their own health and fitness journey!
Over time, I’ve lost a total of 25 lbs, gained not only muscle but more importantly confidence and happiness with my own self! And I want to help you do the same!
That’s why I’m inviting YOU to join me as I help BUSY women and mothers take charge and make themselves a priority!
