There’s a reason our canine companions are considered “Man’s Best Friend”, and I think it’s important that we celebrate that honorable title by spoiling our dogs rotten every single chance we get!

Paw Pack is a monthly subscription service that caters to furry friends of the dog and cat varieties. Each month, you are guaranteed to receive at least four full-sized items, as well as other samples and goodies that are always all-natural and grain-free. If that doesn’t sell you immediately, I don’t know what will! My girls live an all-natural and grain-free lifestyle, so this box is perfect to suit their needs.

This month, I was given the opportunity to try out Paw Pack’s subscription service, and boy, was I NOT disappointed! I really just need to dive right in on this one, because I was pretty excited about it!

The first item in this box was a Kong Wubba Ballistic Friend toy. Now, I’ve said it before, and I will probably say it a million more times through my future posts, but Dolly loves to chew! She chews like it’s her job, but only on things that she is allowed to chew on (aka toys). Bella on the other hand is much more interested in playing. She loves flinging toys around and tossing them through the air. This toy was perfect for Bella! She loved the little tails that hung from the bottom of the toy, and used them to swing and fling the toy all around. I will let you guess what Dolly did. Yeah, that’s right, she chewed it up! She totally annihilated that poor toy! Fortunately the toy is still (mostly) intact, but I’m becoming more and more convinced that the Kong Company should just hire Dolly as a product tester.

Retail: $11.99

There was a second toy in this box, this time, right up Dolly’s alley. While she does love to chew, she also loves to cuddle. If a toy is more of a stuffed animal, she will treat it like a baby and carry it everywhere with her. It’s really super sweet, and this stuffed dog was no exception. This toy was a stuffed dog by Patchwork Pet.

Retail: $4.95

There were treats galore in this box, and I really appreciated the fact that there were multiples of each treat, or the treats were big enough to split between my girls. My favorite treat in the box was the bag of Yaky Puffs by the Himalayan Dog Chew Company. These treats are fascinating to me! Originally, you can find the regular dog chews in their hardened, condensed basic chew form. However, when these chews become too small for big dogs, they can become a choking hazard. The solution to the tiny pieces is to microwave them. It sounds absurd, but the pieces actually puff up and grown to double their original size, and are then softer, crispier chews that dogs devour! This pack of Yaky Puffs allows you to skip the microwave phase by making them ahead of packaging time. My girls absolutely LOVE these things! They gobble them up every time I give one to them.

Retail: $4.99 per bag

Bully sticks are a delicacy to dogs of all shapes and sizes, but they leave owners reaching DEEP into their pockets when splurging on their favorite furry friends. My girls absolutely love bully sticks, but I rarely splurge on them due to cost. You can imagine their excitement (as well as my own) when we found a braided bully stick in this month’s box! While this specific braid didn’t come with a label attached, I’m going to list the retail value as the average price you can find them.

Retail: $7.99 per treat

There were also two Clear Conscience Pet Sliders in the box: one in their beef flavor, and the other in their chicken flavor. I really liked that they gave us one of each, particularly for my girls. Dolly isn’t allergic to any types of food. Bella isn’t diagnosed as having any food allergies, but we are extra careful with her because of her sensitive skin. I gave Dolly the chicken treat and Bella the beef treat. They were huge hits! They were gone in less than 15 seconds!

Retail: $1.66 each

The next treat was actually one that I have never heard of before. I consider myself a bit of an expert on the various dog products on the market, and I was excited to learn about a new one! Raw Bistro Dog Fare’s Bistro Strips are delicious treats for your canine companions. We received a sample of their turkey and cinnamon strips, and my girls were begging for more!

Retail: $1.00 per sample

Our furry friends go to the bathroom, and it’s our responsibility to clean it up! I can’t tell you how many times we take our girls on a walk and find leftovers from other dogs along the way. It’s pretty unpleasant! With Earth Rated’s bag dispenser and refill, nobody will have an excuse not to clean up! Just the color of the dispenser alone reminds you to stay green, even with you furry friends.

Retail: $5.99 for the dispenser

My husband and I are currently remodeling a home before we move into it. In the meantime, we are living in the basement of his parents’ house. Recently, I’ve started worrying about accidents and emergencies that may happen when we aren’t home. While my in-laws are constantly home now and can keep track of our girls, what will happen if something were to happen in our new home? This is where the next product in this box will come in handy. It’s a sticker that you can place in your window in case of emergency. For example, if a fire were to break out, the fire fighters would know that you have pets inside, what types of pets, and how many of each you have. There’s a spot for dogs and cats, and also a spot to write in any other pets you may have like a rabbit, hamster, bird, etc. This will really help calm my fears! There was also a Pet Poison Hotline sticker which will be perfect to stick on the fridge if ever my girls were to ingest something bad for them.

Retail: $1.99 per sticker

The retail value of this box was $42.22 (give or take a few pennies). The cost of the box will vary between $25 and $35 depending on your subscription plan. If you sign-up for a monthly plan, it’s $35 per month. If you sign up for a 6-month plan, it’s $30 per month. If you sign up for a yearly plan, it’s $25 per month. The best deal is definitely the yearly subscription, and well worth it too! Depending on your plan, you would save anywhere from $7.22 and $17.22! That screams, “Get this box!” to me.

Paw Pack gives 10% of their proceeds directly to pet rescue groups, in order to help save many animals and give them forever homes. My girls are, hands down, my absolute favorite living creatures on this Earth. I can’t imagine them living in a shelter waiting for a home that may never come. It breaks my heart! It makes me feel good to know that I can still help other animals and spoil my girls with a special treat every month.
